March 30 – April 1 Test Schedule is Available

The test schedule for the March 30 – April 1, 2012 Mid-Atlantic MADness USDAA trial is now available.

We’re trying something a little different this year.  Our spring trial has moved indoors to Hog Dog Productions in Millersville, Maryland.

Friday night starts with Masters/P3 Jumpers  and the new Masters Challenge Jumpers and Performance Masters Challenge Jumpers classes.

Saturday has all the regular titling Masters/P3/Vet classes plus the new Masters/Perf Challenge Standard classes.  Sunday has all the regular Starters/P1 and Advanced/P2 classes, plus Intro Standard and Intro Jumpers.

Entries are unlimited, but pre-entry is required.  Just get your entry in by Monday, March 12.

If you have trouble downloading the premium, please email me and I’ll be happy to post a paper copy to you.

Our Club Organization is described here in the club By-Laws.  All Club Business is conducted online here.

Our Officers are as follows:  Janet Gauntt (President), Barb Atkinson (Vice-President), Sally (Secretary), and Penny Miller (Board Member).  Elections and dues collections take place approximately one month in advance of July 16, 2012.

The Confirmation, Estimated Schedule and Worker’s Schedule for the Mid-Atlantic MADness New Year’s trial is now available for viewing/download at http://www.midatlanticmadness.com.  See the menu items at the top of the page or the Blogroll links to the right of page to view this information.

The Worker’s Schedule is an active, editable spreadsheet so pick a class and job you would like to help in and add yourself to the spreadsheet.  (Use the tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet to navigate between Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).

If you see yourself scheduled for a class you know you cannot help in, go ahead and change the information.  This spreadsheet will be frozen as of Friday morning.  After that, please coordinate with the chief Ring Steward.

There are still plenty of holes in the schedule and we do appreciate anyone and everyone who steps up to help at the trial.  Worker coupons are good for discounts at future trials and are also accepted by the food vendor at this trial.

A draft copy of the running orders is also posted.  The final version with any received corrections to entries will be posted on Thursday.

Many thanks to everyone who attended our show this weekend.  Thanks also go out to our judges Tammi Stone and Greg Beck for their great courses and wonderful attitude, the Kids N Dogs 4H group who pitched in all weekend, our worker coordinators Terry Herman and Ardis Lukens, the Mid-Atlantic MADness club members for all those jobs you do, and of course…

 ALL THE EXHIBITORS WHO HELPED THIS WEEKEND!

Individual trial results have been emailed out.  Full trial results are now posted for Saturday and Sunday.

Worker Schedule Information Has Been Posted

The Worker’s Schedule is now available for viewing/download.  See the menu items at the top of the page or the Blogroll links to the right of page.  If you see yourself scheduled for a class you know you cannot help in, please let the chief Ring Steward know that morning.

There are still plenty of holes in the schedule;  we do appreciate anyone and everyone who steps up to help at the trial.  As usual we like to thank all our workers with Sheila Franklin’s hospitality table and Jeanne Ellis’s great worker raffle.  Worker coupons are good for discounts at future trials and are also accepted by the food vendor at the trial.
